Also, it is a telescopic rod 2 piece and currently it is stuck in the out position. The reel is a Quantum xr4 long stroke with single ball bearing.

We did not try to loosen it and bring it down out of fear of breaking it. You are buying on a Quantum rod reel combo with no reserve free shipping. He used it twice and it has been sitting in our storage ever since then. The rod is a Quantum snapshot sr70 ma with medium action and 7' length .

It is in good condition but dusty and probably needs oiled. A buddy of ours bought this new in 1996 to do some combo salt fresh water fishing. Shipping cost is to the lower 48 us states only.
