I have not actually fished with this as it is an estate offer purchase, but the reel seems to work should. I'm sorry to have post this, but tired of some people accusing me misleading them when I miss a 2mm scratch or ding. This is a vintage 1980daiwa minimite system 5' fishing rod reel set.

One end has some of the gold paint peeling see last 2 pics. The only flaw I could see was on 'foot' of reel.

Here is a rare find. I will miss things. Everything seems to work.
